What should a new-build decorating enquiry include?
Please send the location, drawings or room schedules, number of properties or areas, surface and paint specification, current build stage and proposed programme. Include access, storage, power and water arrangements and any required contractor documents.
How is decorating planned around other trades?
We discuss when plaster and other surfaces will be ready, the sequence of joinery, kitchens and flooring, and how finished work will be protected. Access and handover expectations are agreed before dates are confirmed.
Can you provide additional decorators for a larger package?
Additional decorators can be arranged subject to the agreed scope, programme and site requirements. Proposed staffing and supervision are confirmed for the particular package.
