List the rooms, ceilings, walls, doors and other surfaces to be included, with photographs and any known repairs. Give the quotation deadline, available access dates and the required handover date. Confirm who moves furniture and displays, protects new flooring and signs off the work. Our decorating scope checklist provides a starting point.
Can the work be planned around school holidays?
Share the access window, safeguarding arrangements and any other contractors’ programme before dates are agreed. We assess the preparation, drying time and handover requirements against that window. Holiday or phased working is discussed for each project; availability and a completion date are confirmed through the quotation and programme.
Can you show classroom, ceiling and exterior work?
